Email [email protected] for help with FrameDraft. When asking for help, include your device model, your FrameDraft version, and what happened. Don’t send private scripts or project files unless you choose to share them and they are needed to understand the issue.

Keeping projects in sync
iCloud sync can be enabled in FrameDraft’s Settings. Make sure your iPhone and iPad use the same iCloud account. If a project doesn’t appear on another device, check that iCloud is enabled and that both devices have an internet connection.
Exports and feature access
FrameDraft supports PDF exports, Fountain import and export, and project packages. Some features require Pro. Check your in-app options and the App Store listing for current availability.
Managing a Pro subscription
Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions to review or cancel a subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
